SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (Finland):

Standard Shipping (Posti): 3-5 business days - 2,75€

European Union:

EU Standard Shipping for 1 item: 5-10 business days - 3,05€
EU Standard Shipping for more than 1 item: 5-10 business days - 3,95€

Delivery Estimates Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Orders are shipped via standard envelope mail and do not include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

International Orders (Non-EU) Currently, we only ship within Finland and the European Union. We do not ship to countries outside the EU at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at fingercreations.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties For EU orders, no additional customs fees apply.
